Are all of your items authentic?

The one thing that you can guarantee from us is that all of our items are authentic. Every item is thoroughly checked prior to listing to ensure that you can shop in confidence. All relevant Stone Island and C.P. Company items come with full authentication tags which can be verified on the Certilogo website. Please note that we do not give out Certilogo codes for brand new items.

 

Are your items new or pre-owned?

We sell both new and pre-owned items so be sure to check the item descriptions carefully. For all of our pre-loved items, we will always try to provide accurate and fair descriptions where any obvious wear and tear will be included within the description. Please note that all of our items are quality checked, photographed and security tagged prior to postage.

 

Do you accept offers?

We already offer some of the most competitive prices on the market and therefore do not accept offers on our items. Most of our items are already priced well below RRP. Providing authentic designer items at affordable prices is something we take pride in! 

 

Do you hold items or take deposits?

We can hold items for up to 14 days with a 10% non-refundable deposit. Enquiries for our deposit scheme can be made via email to info@intheknowstore.com or by private message on Instagram.

 

Do you have this item, colour or size?

All of our stock is shown on the website. If your desired size or colour is not showing as available then we do not have it in stock. We do update our store on a daily basis so be sure to follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with any new arrivals!

 

When will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday) on a tracked and signed for service. Please see our Shipping page for more information.

 

Where do you get your stock from and can you wholesale?

We get asked these two questions on almost a daily basis! As a small independent business, we have worked tirelessly to build a global supplier network. Whilst we appreciate that it can be difficult to find suppliers for certain brands, under no circumstances will we provide details of our suppliers.
