Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The item must unworn and be returned in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for all associated postage costs and payment fees with the order. This includes the original postage and the costs to return the item to us. 

In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, email us at info@intheknowstore.com or alternatively use the contact form on our website. Please include the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If your return is accepted, a return form will be provided via email which will include all necessary instructions on how to return your item. Items returned to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted. We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service to return your item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us. 

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item. Please note that all of our items are quality checked, photographed and security tagged prior to postage. Any items returned in a different condition to that it was received or with the security tags removed will be declined and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. 

Please allow a few working days for the refund, minus the original postage costs and payment fees, to appear back on your chosen payment method.

Postage refunds will only be issued in circumstances where the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been sent.
